In the Engine Assembly Project, I was given the parts of the engine model and instructed to create an assembly of the engine in SolidWorks. To complete the project, I had to apply my knowledge on SolidWorks mates feature and function of the parts. By utilizing the width mate feature, I was able to center the connecting rod within the crank case and the oil pan. With consideration of the part's function, certain assemblies were left undefined like the crankshaft and connecting rod.

Completing the engine assembly allow me to better understand functions of parts within the assembly and apply that knowledge into an assembly.
